The Spirit & The Bride say, "Come!"

"And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we]continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another, [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit. (II Corinthians 3:18 AMP)

As "unveiled face" means an open face with nothing obstructing your vision. "Beholding" is a steady, absorbing gaze. Not just a glance, but a continuous, steady gaze.

Two questions we must ask ourselves:
1) Is something obstructing my vision?
2) Am I glancing or gazing?

Mark 4:19 states, "Then the cares and anxieties of the world and distractions of the age, and the pleasure and delight and false glamour and deceitfulness of riches, and the craving and passionate desire for other things creep in and choke and suffocate the Word, and it becomes fruitless."

The things mentioned in the above scripture are tactics that have served Satan well to obstruct your vision. Remember that God inhabits the prasises of His people and in the Presence of the Lord there is joy for evermore. Guard your heart by refusing to exchange your "garment of praise" for the spirit of heaviness. The joy of the Lord is your strength. If Satan cannot steal your joy, he cannot take the Word of God from your heart through the snares mentioned in Mark 4:19.

As for "glancing or gazing", Mark 4:24 AMP says, "And He said to them, Be careful what you are hearing. The measure [of thought and study] you give [to the truth you hear] will be the measure of [virtue and knowledge] that comes back to you - and more [besides] will be given to you who hear."

As you look into the mirror of the Word of God, with a continuous absorbing gaze, and hear yourself reading the Word, you will experience the transfiguring power of God in your life and be changed from glory to glory. You not only become what you behold, but "faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God." It is spiritual law. If your eyes (and ears) are on things of the flesh you will reap corruption. Likewise, if your eyes (and ears) are on things of the Spirit, you will reap life.

"Father, be it unto me even as you have spoken. in Jesus Name."

Gazing into the perfect law of Liberty,
Father's Little Lamb,
